Julio L\u00f3pez V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, Auditor Censor Jurado de Cuentas y socio en Auren Auditores, el pr\u00f3ximo<strong>&nbsp;23 de mayo de 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las principales novedades que lleva consigo la entrada en vigor del Plan General de Contabilidad es la regulaci\u00f3n de la forma en la que las empresas deben contabilizar las combinaciones de negocios en las que participen. Por ello, es imprescindible el conocimiento de los conceptos \u201cNegocio\u201d y \u201cControl\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de esta sesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n profesional es hacer un an\u00e1lisis de la problem\u00e1tica existente en la identificaci\u00f3n de la empresa adquiriente, fecha de adquisici\u00f3n, el coste de la combinaci\u00f3n de negocios, el reconocimiento del fondo de comercio, as\u00ed como combinaciones de negocios por etapas y combinaciones entre empresas de un mismo grupo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El curso se imparte en el sal\u00f3n de actos del&nbsp;<strong>Colegio de Censores de Valencia&nbsp;<\/strong>(Avd. del Cid, n\u00ba 2-7\u00baC) de 10:00h a 14:00h.
